How your submission is processed (outside Canada)

Our contact form is delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that processes and stores form submissions on servers located in the United States. This means the information you submit is transferred outside Canada and, while there, may be accessible to U.S. courts, government, or law enforcement under U.S. law. We remain responsible for your information and take reasonable steps to work with providers that apply comparable safeguards.

Consent

By submitting the contact form, you consent to us collecting and using that information to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to any marketing or email list without your separate, express consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual limits) by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide the service you engaged us for. After that, we delete it.
